Shipping policy

Most orders are processed within 1–4 business days excluding US federal holidays. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS. 🚨Processing times may vary for large orders, items labeled as “custom” or during promotional sale events.

A promotional sale event includes any limited-time discount, holiday sale, sitewide promotion, special offer, or other period of increased order volume.

Shipping Time (Domestic US):

Shipping: USPS Priority Shipping - 1–3 business days after processing

Standard Shipping: USPS Ground Advantage - 2–6 business days after processing

Express Shipping Time (Domestic US):

Express Shipping: USPS Priority Mail Express - 1-2 business days after processing 

  • USPS Express Shipping guarantee: Overnight to most major cities or by 2 PM the following business day. Need expedited processing? Please contact our support team directly.

Please Note: USPS Priority Mail offers faster estimated transit than USPS Ground Advantage, but it is NOT the same as USPS EXPRESS. Priority Mail does not guarantee delivery by a specific date. USPS Priority Mail Express orders are prioritized for processing. If your order is needed by a specific date, please select USPS EXPRESS and contact us⁠ immediately after placing your order to request expedited order processing.

International Shipping Time (Rest of World):

Estimated transit time calculated at checkout. 

  • DHL Express International: Typically 1–3 business days after processing, depending on destination, supports prepaid duties
  • UPS Worldwide Express: Typically 1–3 business days after processing, depending on destination
  • UPS Worldwide Expedited: (Most Affordable Option): Typically 2-5 business days after processing, depending on destination

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance and local carrier delays.

Shipping transit times begin after processing is complete. Express shipping options expedite delivery only and do not bypass processing time.

PLEASE NOTE: While we make every effort to accommodate expedited processing requests, orders requiring same-day shipping may be subject to $25 rush fee. Larger orders containing handmade, hand-stoned, or custom items that require additional production time may instead be subject to a rush fee of up to 25% of the total order value. 

USPS Priority Mail typically arrives within 2–3 business days after order processing, depending on the destination. Transit times are estimates only, and delivery dates are not guaranteed. If your order is needed by a specific date, please select USPS Priority Mail Express at checkout and contact Customer Service immediately after placing your order so we can arrange expedited processing. USPS Priority Mail Express provides expedited transit only; selecting Express Shipping does not automatically expedite your order’s processing time.
