Due to the nature of our products (lingerie and intimate apparel), all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on purchased items to ensure hygiene and safety for all customers.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@sdxotic.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your case and provide a solution on an individual basis.
Lost or Stolen Packages
SDXotic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers are encouraged to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier for lost, missing, or stolen packages.
