Preset Bundles (Direct Checkout)

Preset wholesale bundles are available directly through our website via the designated wholesale listing link. For random selection: Simply add a wholesale bundle to your cart, and proceed through checkout as usual. For preset bundle custom selection: You may select from any of the styles within the listing. Please send your selections to support@sdxotic.com.

Custom Wholesale Bundles (Made-to-Order Selection)

Custom wholesale bundles may be requested by contacting our support team via email. You may select from any of the styles in the store; however, these styles are subject to custom pricing. 

To ensure accuracy, please provide:

• Screenshots of the styles you would like

or

• Exact style names
• Preferred color and finish

Both screenshots and written style details are accepted. Once your request is reviewed, we will confirm availability and provide payment instructions. Availability is not guaranteed until payment is received.

Minimum Order Requirement

All wholesale orders must include a MINIMUM OF 10 TOTAL PIECES per order. No minimum order quantity per style is required.

There is no dollar minimum. However:

• Orders totaling $250 and above must be paid via Zelle.
• Orders are not confirmed or processed until full payment has been received and verified.

Order Processing Time

Most wholesale orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. Please note custom wholesale orders are subject to processing times of 1-2 weeks. During high-volume or restock periods, processing times may also be extended. If you need your order as soon as possible or by a specific date, please let us know; we are happy to assist. 

Please note, processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped and automatic tracking notifications will also be sent to your email. Shipping rates are calculated by location and shipping method selection. 

You may select from the following shipment options,

• USPS Ground Advantage 2-5 Day shipping
• USPS Priority Mail 1-3 Day shipping
• USPS Express 2-Day Shipping
• DHL Express International 1-2 Day Shipping

For USPS delays or issues, please contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777. SD Xotic is not responsible for shipping delays resulting from incorrect addresses or after the order has been handed to the carrier.

Any RTS (Return To Sender) packages will be reshipped once they have arrived back at our facility and a new tracking number will be provided. 

Restocks & Availability

Inventory availability is not guaranteed until payment is received. High-demand styles may sell out without notice. We are not obligated to reserve inventory without confirmed payment.

All Sales Final

All wholesale purchases are final sale. No returns. Some exchanges may be accepted; please contact us directly for more information and eligibility. Items eligible for exchange must be in their original packaging, and exchange requests must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery. SD Xotic is not responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges. 

Branding & Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including designs and branding, may not be modified, removed, claimed as your own, or used for content or marketplace listings without our prior written permission.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit wholesale orders at our discretion.
